Hi guys. What is your comfort food you can't live without and why? What memories/ feelings do you get by eating your comfort food?

How many of you eat breakfast in the mornings? How many of you skip breakfast? If you skip it, why?

Hey guys, where does someone get live cultures to make yogurt? I've seen that some yogurts at local groceries carry yogurt with live cultures and have heard that you can start making yogurt off of that. If someone doesn't know how to make homemade yogurt, let me know and I will let you know how to do it.

I'm sure a lot of you like to find inspirational stories of people who by adding something to their diet lost weight or bettered their health. I know I love to search stories like that because it helps me see if I'm doing everything I can to be healthy and happy. It helps me stay motivated if I'm doing everything I should and it helps me tweak my diet if needed to get on the right track. Once in a while I experience one of those for myself, and I love to share those successes with everyone,...

I grew up eating for the most party delicious Mexican food, so naturally, once in a while I will cook some of that comfort food to remember the best days ever ( being raised by my lovely mom who I love to death). My mom is the best cook ever, and I would love to one day be as great as a cook as she is, but I know that will take lots of time and practice.

Sometimes good food and exercise is not enough to lose weight. Maybe you do it all, you drink tons of water, you exercise daily, you eat what you're supposed to and stay away from what is bad for your waist. However, you can't lose the weight you have gained over the past couple of months or even years. What to do now?
